Part of a larger project entitled ‘Portrait of a Community – Features of a Land’, comprising a new commission by Cameroonian photographer Yvon Ngassam, the screening programme will aim to showcase the diverse forms of creativity existing throughout the continent and the Diaspora to a local rural community and local youth, in a bid to open new conversations on the potential of creative arts in the educational and professional fields.

Curated by Christine Eyene, initially in the context of Yaounde Photo Network, the previous iterations of Digital Africa have taken place in Yaounde (2016-17), London and Tokyo (2017), and Casablanca (2019), to create a dialogue between Cameroonian and African art practices in those different locations.

Digital Africa  Lolodorf will take place at the Cultural Foyer with support from Lolodorf City Council.

Bikoka Art Project is developed and funded by Eyonart – curatorial and exhibition production platform.
